Brendan was a sixteen-year old with intellectual and social disabilities when he confessed to horrific crimes which his lawyers say, he did not commit. Brendan was found guilty of rape and first-degree murder of photographer Teresa Halbach in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin and got life behind bars. The confession, his lawyers allege, were coerced.
