The Suite Spotlights Hyattsville, Maryland in “Our Town” Series
(Prince George’s County, Maryland) – In its upcoming five-year anniversary issue, Prince George’s Suite Magazine unveils a new series called “Our Town” spotlighting the vibrant cities and towns of gorgeous Prince George’s County, Maryland. This new addition to the magazine will allow small and local businesses the opportunity to increase their exposure, and also enhance local economies, while bolstering community pride. The first edition spotlights culturally-diverse Hyattsville, Maryland.
Associate Director of Advertising Deneen Wooten developed the concept of “Our Town,” after working closely with several businesses throughout the county. She understands the need for economic development and community support.
“The ‘Our Town’ campaign is a way for us to help municipalities maintain and stabilize their business industries through promoting the idea of buying locally. It is also a way to present to small businesses and merchants an affordable chance to advertise while helping to build exposure to what they have to offer in Prince George’s County,” said Ms. Wooten. “This is a great opportunity for us at the Suite to build relationships and partnerships that affect all that live, work and shop here in Prince George’s County.”
Our Town wil also aid in expressing the spirit and character of municipalities in the county, as Board Chairman Dr. James Dula expressed, “When we are talking about our children's education, family life, unique businesses, authentic food and neighborhoods, what are we talking about? Our town,” he said.

Our Town encourages cross-county tourism and consumer spending, boasts town and community spirit and gives families and residents the opportunity to see themselves in a regionally respected, full-color glossy publication that will remain a keepsake for years to come.
