Capital Caring, the largest and oldest nonprofit hospice provider in the mid-Atlantic region, will host the inaugural “Golf FORE Caring” golf tournament on Thursday, September 28, at Mitchellville’s Enterprise Golf Course.Proceeds from the afternoon of golf will support the nearly 200 individuals Capital Caring serves in Prince George’s County, as well as the Capital Caring Center | Greenbelt, the county’s only inpatient hospice center. Opened this year, the
seven-bed center provides compassionate round-the-clock acute care for those facing symptoms associated with advanced illness.

Tournament participants will enjoy a networking lunch (12pm) prior to tee-time (1pm) and a celebratory happy hour (4:30pm) at the end of the day. Capital Caring’s leadership will be available to discuss the importance of hospice and the organization’s commitment to simply improving care for all county residents.
