This monthly workshop has been designed to introduce healthy creative outlets to relieve stress and potentially improve the mental health of the community.
We begin with a 20 min guided meditation to open up creativity, followed by a 45-90 min class taught by one of the awesome volunteer teachers.
After the class , there’s a small mixer with light refreshments where we discuss how the activities impacted our moods. This allows a moment for the teacher to promote their personal classes and give tips on how participants can continue stress relief at home
