Dead & Company is an American rock band consisting of former Grateful Dead members Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, and Bill Kreutzmann, along with John Mayer, Oteil Burbridge, and Jeff Chimenti.

This summer, Deadhead fans will gather to see Dead & Company on stage as they embark on The Final Tour, sans Bill Kretuzmann. “This final concert is the culmination of a shift in creative direction as we keep these songs alive and breathing in ways that we each feel is best to continue to honor the legacy of the Grateful Dead. The final tour will go on as planned with Bill’s full endorsement and support,” says a statement on their Facebook page.
